Design Brief
We divided the building into 2.5 floors. Considering the actual use, the basic functional space is equipped with production rooms, warehouses, disinfection rooms and guest toilets on the first floor; offices, staff lounges, locker rooms and public toilets are placed on the second floor.
In terms of design, we separated the space used by customers and the space used by employees, and concentrated the space used by employees. Let the flow of customers not affect the work of employees as much as possible.
The tearoom on the first floor is relatively open, with tables for four, making it suitable for interaction among groups of people. The living area on the second floor is behind the pillars, which is relatively quiet and secluded. It is close to the glass windows and has a good viewing effect. It is suitable for activities such as quiet drinking tea and personal office work.
The main layout of the 2.5th floor is a high-ceiling corridor and a leisure area with sofas, which is suitable for customers who like viewing and a quiet environment.
